Alanis Morissette
Alanis Nadine Morissette was born Ottawa, Canada, on the 1st June, 1974. Alanis can be described as the female form of Alan his father's last name. Her mother's name is Georgia and she has two brothers: Chad as well as Wade (Alanis"Twin). She started playing piano and guitar when she turned 21. In 1986, Alanis created a song titled Fate Stay With I (b-side: Find The Right Man). She recorded two albums as a dance-pop performer from Canada: Alanis (1991) and The Time Is The Time (1992). Her move to Toronto in the year 18, and began working alongside music and writers, but these partnerships didn't pan out. Then she met her new partner in the year 1994: Glen Ballard. He had previously worked with artists like Aretha, Michael Jackson, and Barbra. Her move to LA at the age of 19. Madonna has released "Jagged Little Pill" the song on June 13th the 13th of June, 1995. Alanis has discovered an intimate, personal way to write songs. JLP had sold over 30 million copies across the globe this makes it the highest-selling female album of all time. Also, it is the third most-loved album of all time. It was a time of intense emotionally tense time (she was even considering not making another record) and took a tour in India.
