Belknap grew up in Damariscotta. She is the daughter of David Belknap and Louise Belknap. She was a student at Lincoln Academy, Newcastle Maine. While students in Middlebury College (Vermont), she began to become attracted to the art of acting. After earning her Master's degree from the School of Fine Arts, she studied at the American Conservatory Theater. Belknap appears in a variety of television shows including medical investigations (related with ER & Third Watch) & The Handler. In her role, she also appeared on Law & Order Law & Order Special Victims Without a Trace, Deadline and is a regular in Deadline. Anna Camp is the daughter Dee Camp and Thomas Camp. She grew up on a farm in South Carolina. Anna received an honors degree from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
